Court records show 20-year-old Destiny Estrada was arrested on Monday and charged with aggravated kidnapping and aggravated robbery in connection with the June 1 incident.
Last month, another suspect, identified as Carmen Gamboa, was arrested on the same charges.

According to police, the kidnapping happened on South Gessner Road as the victim was leaving a club and preparing to call an Uber.
Investigators said that the victim was instead forced into a vehicle at gunpoint and taken to a house, where he was robbed and assaulted.
Gamboa was allegedly part of a group that pulled up in a vehicle outside the club that night. While the victim said he was planning to grab an Uber, Houston police confirmed the suspects were not Uber drivers or affiliated with any rideshare service.
Court documents state Estrada helped abduct the victim while preventing him from getting away and "exhibited a deadly weapon."
The man was reportedly taken to a home - where his phone, identification, bank cards, jewelry, and clothes were stolen - and was able to escape.
It's unclear if police are still looking for additional suspects.
