Safety concerns surround Houston Ship Channel collision

HOUSTON (KTRK) -- A portion of the Houston Ship Channel is closed and a shelter-in-place order in effect after a collision involving two vessels. The collision caused the of leaking a flammable liquid identified as MTBE, a gasoline additive that's a volatile, flammable, and colorless, and sparked a number of safety concerns.
