A Fresno Police officer was patrolling Roeding Park Sunday afternoon when he noticed 1-year-old Avery driving on the grass.
The traffic officer pulled the young driver over, but he let the girl off without a citation and gave her a sticky badge and wished her a happy Easter Sunday.
