The Baytown Police Department said the northbound lanes in the 7400 block of N. Main Street were shut down for hours.
Baytown PD added that the driver, who was hospitalized, is expected to be OK.
SkyEye13 flew over the active scene, where the truck could be seen on its side and off the roadway.
Drivers in the area encountered delays as crews work to clean up the incident.
Authorities did not say what led the truck to flip over.
