Rice was recently terminated from the Baltimore Ravens and indefinitely suspended by the NFL after video was released of him punching his wife in an elevator. The NFL has hired former FBI Director Robert Mueller to investigate the league's handling of the Rice investigation after reports surfaced that police did send a copy of the Rice video to NFL league offices back in April.
