Multiple westbound lanes of East Freeway reopened at Wayside after truck hits bridge, loses its load

HOUSTON, Texas (KTRK) -- Multiple westbound lanes of the East Freeway have reopened at Wayside Drive after an 18-wheeler struck a bridge and lost its load on Wednesday afternoon.



According to Lt. Terry Garza with the Harris County Sheriff's Office, multiple lanes were initially shut down with only one lane open. First responders were at the scene, according to deputies.
