No injuries reported after train and 18-wheeler collision near Hwy 90, Missouri City officials say

MISSOURI CITY, Texas (KTRK) -- A train and an 18-wheeler collided in the Missouri City area on Thursday night, city officials said.

Missouri City said fire and rescue teams responded to the scene near Highway 90 and Cravens Road.

No injuries were reported.

Officials said there was no train derailment or hazardous materials released.

Cravens Road was closed as crews worked to remove the 18-wheeler and clear the scene, authorities added.



It's unclear at this time what may have led to the collision.
