HOUSTON, Texas (KTRK) -- An investigation is underway after a man was found dead inside a home in the Woodland Heights area on Tuesday afternoon, according to the Houston Police Department.
HPD says that officers responded to the shooting at a home on Omar Street near Julian Street at 12 p.m.
Investigators say that one person has been detained at the scene. It is also unclear who lives in the home.
At this time, investigators say that the scene appears to be an isolated incident.
