Authorities confirmed the suspect, identified as 68-year-old Pedro Caprille, was booked into the Harris County Jail on Monday
Deputies responded to the 16800 block of Anna Green on Saturday afternoon in response to a death investigation. HCSO said that the victim's family told deputies they found Pedro's brother, 78-year-old Hilario Caprille, dead inside a bathroom.

Officials said he suffered severe trauma to the head. Deputies said that Hilario's family said it is unclear how he ended in the bathroom or how he died.
Sheriff Ed Gonzalez posted on Twitter Tuesday morning with Pedro's mugshot and said he has been charged with murder in his brother's death.
