Knife-wielding man accused of threatening 2 pedestrians now in custody, Pct. 1 says

HOUSTON, Texas (KTRK) -- A knife-wielding man accused of threatening two pedestrians outside a downtown Houston courthouse complex is now in custody, according to the Harris County Precinct One Constable's Office.

The incident occurred at 1200 Congress Street, near San Jacinto Street.

Authorities say Cedric A. Madison, 49, has been charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.
