HOUSTON (KTRK) -- A jury is back in a lawsuit over a Houston Community College trustee seat.
The Harris County Attorney's Office sued, saying David Wilson does not live in the district in which he was elected.
On Thursday, the jury sided with Wilson, meaning he'll keep his seat.
