The incident was reported at about 9:30 a.m. and blocked multiple northbound lanes along the freeway at Weslayan.
It's unclear what led to the collision, but TranStar cameras showed the heavy truck crashed into a concrete barrier near the HOV lane, and some traffic was getting by.
As of 2 p.m., crews were still working to clear the crash, and three lanes remain closed. Those lanes have since been reopened, and the scene has been cleared.
