HOUSTON, Texas (KTRK) -- The Salvation Army's annual "Reflections on Style" fashion sale event opened on April 9 and will run through April 11 in southwest Houston.
The three-day boutique showroom, located at 3403 Richmond Avenue, gives shoppers the opportunity to purchase high-end designer brands like Chanel, along with everyday wear like Chico, starting at just a few dollars. The event is free to attend.
The Salvation Army raises more than a million dollars during the sale every year.
"Every bit of that money goes to Salvation Army programs," said Lesha Elsenbrook, the chair of the boutique. "From after school programs for kids, to serving seniors during the day where they can have lunch and do a craft just to get out of their homes."
