HOUSTON, Texas (KTRK) -- A man has been charged with capital murder in connection with the death of another man found in the kitchen of a southwest Houston business, according to the Houston Police Department.

The video above is from a previous report.

Police said 54-year-old Chun Chen was found dead the morning of May 8 in the 10500 block of Bellaire Boulevard.

Chen was found after a co-worker could not reach him. When the co-worker went to the business, Chen was found unresponsive in the kitchen.

An investigation into the case led authorities to 47-year-old Christopher Lee Bowden. Court documents alleged Bowden used a hammer in Chen's death. Additional details on what led up to the incident were not immediately released.

Bowden was arrested on Wednesday and is being held in the Harris County Jail, according to records.
