The Harris County Precinct 4 Constable's Office said the assault happened on Thursday in the 15300 block of Harris Canyon Lane in the Cypress area.
According to Pct. 4, the HOA employee was taking pictures of homes in the area on behalf of the organization when Vladislav Lantsman confronted her about the photos, began yelling, and hit the woman in the face during a struggle.
Court documents state Lantsman "believed the (HOA worker) was taking photos of him in a public place to post on social media." As the worker tried to leave, deputies said Lantsman grabbed onto her vehicle, refusing to let go.
Records state that during that struggle, the woman bit the suspect in self-defense. She was reportedly taken to the hospital to be treated.
Lantsman was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail on an assault charge, the constable's office said, adding that an investigation is ongoing.
