HOUSTON (KTRK) -- A reserve deputy constable on the other side of the law tonight, charged in a road rage shooting.
Harris County Precinct 6 confirmed Kenneth Caplan's arrest.
Caplan, 34, is accused of shooting a 20-year-old woman, two weeks ago after she allegedly cut him off in traffic.
That woman was hit in the head but did recover.
Kaplan faces aggravated assault charges.
