HOUSTON, Texas (KTRK) -- The former co-owner of the Turkey Leg Hut restaurant has pleaded guilty to plotting to set fire to his Museum District-area Bar 5015 six years ago, Houston FBI officials said.

In a social media post on Thursday, authorities said Lyndell Price pleaded guilty to one count of conspiracy to commit arson in connection with the incident.

The fire set to Bar 5015 caused an explosion that shattered nearby windows in June 2020.

The explosion sent debris hundreds of feet in every direction and destroyed a large portion of the business. Four people were seen carrying 5-gallon containers and dumping the contents onto a wooden deck outside the building. One of them then ignited the liquid, which caused the explosion.

Three other people were charged in connection with the case.

In 2025, Miziah Shepherd pleaded guilty in the case, admitting he took part in planning and carrying out the arson.
