HARRIS COUNTY, Texas (KTRK) -- The number of Cyclosporiasis cases in Harris County now sits at 34, according to public health officials.
Harris County Public Health shared the update with ABC13 on Tuesday, saying that as of July 15 this year, two dozen cases had been reported.
"Our epidemiology team provides updates of reported cases to the Texas Department of State Health Services (DSHS) every Wednesday in light of the recent national outbreak," the department said.
At last check, the city of Houston had 16 confirmed cases.
