TUCSON, AZ (KTRK) -- A chihuahua born without front legs is now free to roam the world thanks to a new set of wheels.
The dog, known as "Roo," was saved from a hoarding house in September -- along with 40 other small dogs. Roo was born without front legs because of inbreeding.

Thanks to donors, $10,000 was raised to get Roo a wheelchair.
