Police said the person who died appeared to have a gunshot wound, but so far, that's all they know.
The body was discovered around 10:10 a.m. Wednesday at the facility along the West Beltway near Westview Drive.
Investigators said they're working to figure out who the person is, and where the trash truck with the body came from.

Newborn baby found dead in back of a garbage truck in northwest Harris County, sheriff's office says
Around 9:30 a.m. Wednesday in a northwest Harris County subdivision, a newborn baby boy was found dead in the back of a garbage truck.
According to the Harris County Sheriff's Office, the baby was anywhere from one day old to 30 days old.
"They got to a point where they had started to repack trash," Sgt. Sidney Miller said of the sanitation workers who found the baby's body. "That's when they discovered the infant in the bottom of the trash can."
