"Ramon Ayala Jr. said to me 'I can rape you, and you will do absolutely anything, because you won't want someone else to take your place,'" Gonzalez said in Spanish at a press conference.
The lawsuits name Ramon Ayala Jr., his father, and the band Ramón Ayala y Sus Bravos del Norte.
The lawsuits name Ayala and accuse him of enabling his son's behavior.
"After I suffered repeated sexual assaults that resulted in physical injury, I tried to speak with Don Ramon Ayala, but I was not allowed to," Gonzalez said.
The alleged victim said he was afraid to speak up publicly out of fear of retaliation.
Texas Attorney Tony Buzbee represents the victims.
Three lawsuits claim Ayala Jr. touched the victims inappropriately, sucked their toes, walked around in the nude on the bus and threw a wipe with feces at someone.
Ayala Jr. denies the allegations. Jeff Lehrman is the attorney representing Ayala Jr.
Lehrman said horseplay happened on the bus.
ABC affiliate KRGV learned a fourth person plans to file a lawsuit against Ramon Ayala Jr.
