HOUSTON (KTRK) -- From the air by helicopter, in the water by boat, repelling from the top of buildings, and squeezing into tight spaces, there's a special division of the Houston Fire Department dedicated to rescues and saving lives in dangerous situations. They're called the HFD Technical Rescue Team.
