HARRIS COUNTY, Texas (KTRK) -- An investigation is underway after one person died and three men were discovered injured inside a warehouse in north Harris County early Sunday morning, according to the sheriff's office.

The Harris County Sheriff's Office says deputies responded to the 200 block of Mitchell near Airline Drive, where two men were found shot and one was found severely beaten.

An ambulance took the victims to the hospital, where they were said to be in serious condition.

Sgt. Beall of HCSO said a large blood trail was discovered that led deputies to an unlicensed after-hours bar that was closed with no one inside.

HCSO said that it appeared that security guards for the club and other patrons had left before deputies arrived.

Officials learned that a fourth person connected to the scene, who was shot, was taken to the hospital by a private vehicle. It was later confirmed that they were pronounced dead.

HCSO said there was an a possible disturbance among the victims who were familiar with each other.

The names of those involved have not been released by officials, nor no arrest have been made.

HCSO said investigators were en route to the hospital to learn more information and how the situation unfolded.
