Harris County Precinct 1 Constable's Office posted on social media that Jacoby Fuselier could face life in prison for two counts of aggravated sexual assault.
A woman was working out at the park on Monday evening and was allegedly attacked by Fuselier. The victim said he tried to hold her head under water after sexually assaulting her. Rosen said she was able to get away and flag down a deputy.
At a press conference on Tuesday, Precinct 1 announced that the 19-year-old was taken into custody hours later, after he reportedly fled the scene on a bike.

Fuselier was also being investigated by the constable's office and other agencies and was arrested and convicted for possessing a firearm, according to Pct. 1 Constable Alan Rosen.
Court records on Wednesday said that the suspect's bond was set at $507,000. His next court appearance is Thursday, July 16.
