13-year-old fatally shot in northern Harris County

HOUSTON, Texas (KTRK) -- A teenager was fatally shot on the 16000 block of Burnell Oaks Lane on Friday, according to homicide investigators.

Authorities were called to the scene just before 5 p.m.

Investigators believe the teen may have committed suicide, but the medical examiner will make the final ruling.
