According to TxDOT, a crash knocked out the crash cushion on I-69 Northbound at the Brazos River. Crews made repairs throughout the day on Tuesday, which prompted the two left lanes to close, authorities said.
By 6:15 p.m., Houston TranStar cameras showed the lanes had reopened after the repairs were complete.
