According to HPD, officers were called to the shooting scene on 11900 Oakmoor Parkway at 4:30 p.m. Upon arrival, officers found one man deceased and another man inside with a graze wound, police said.
HPD said there was an initial fight between middle school students who attended a KIPP school. Based on preliminary information, several people had exited a school bus, where an argument ensued involving multiple males and females, and then shots were fired, authorities said.
