Southern Mexico's Popocatepetl volcano ate a little too much during Thanksgiving dinner.

Geologists have recorded 324 low-intensity eruptions at the volcano within a 24-hour period. With each eruption, the volcano spews ash more than three miles into the air above its crater.

Officials have issued health warnings because of the amount of ash in the atmosphere.
