Report: Bannon thinks Trump won't finish his term

Thursday, October 12, 2017
New reports could mean that ousted White House Chief Strategist Steve Bannon doesn't have a lot of faith in the Commander in Chief.

Vanity Fair is reporting that Bannon privately confided he thinks President Trump only has a 30 percent chance of finishing his term in office.

The report cites two sources with knowledge of the conversation.

Reportedly, Bannon warned the president that his own cabinet could vote to remove him under the 25th Amendment.

Bannon has not commented on the reports.

The 25th Amendment to the Constitution is a measure that establishes a system for replacing the president or vice president in the event of death, removal, resignation or incapacitation.
