HOUSTON, Texas (KTRK) -- A Missouri City man is under arrest, accused of trying to meet a teen for sex.
Joe George Zachary, 42, was arrested by Harris County Constable Precinct 1 investigators at about 8:45 a.m. Monday. Zachary showed up at a location, allegedly to meet with someone who he believed to be an underage female to have sex. Authorities say the arrest follows a month-long investigation in which Zachary communicated with, and sent explicit photos and videos to an undercover officer he met on an unnamed social media app.

Zachary allegedly solicited the undercover officer, whom he believed to be a minor child, for sex acts. He is charged with online solicitation of a minor. Zachary has been booked into the Harris County Jail.
