SARASOTA, FL (KTRK) -- If you're participating in something illegal, posting on social media is probably not the smartest idea.

Need proof? Just ask Sarasota, Fla. native Julian Bradson.

Bradson posted on Facebook that he had "top quality weeds available. Inbox for more infos."

So, what was the response from the Sarasota County Sheriff's Office?

Deputies replied on Facebook with a suggestion to Bradson to take a trip to the sheriff's office and pick up a supply of "papers," also known as an arrest affidavit.

"Our detectives would love to learn more about your supply," the Facebook post read.

Ouch.
