This comes after the university said students vandalized a piece of the Berlin Wall that sits on the Rice campus.

The Rice Dean of Undergraduates, John Hutchinson, posted on Facebook that he has, "had it with this behavior."

The dean says this is wrong and shows disrespect for the entire community.

Hutchinson also says, "The swastika reveals that whoever did this is either ignorant of the history of true evil associated with this emblem of hate or is genuinely motivated by blind hatred".
