"I don't think I was nervous," dad Lewis Schlosser said. "I was apprehensive about what they would ask me to do."
The class at Blushington, located at 1195 Lexington Avenue between 81st and 82nd Street on the Upper East Side, preps proud poppas on how to help their girls with age-appropriate makeup.
"It's fingerprinting for dads," one attendee named Steven said.
It's also a chance for these fathers to spend some bonding time with their daughters.
"Their involvement has been off the charts," Blushington CEO Natasha Cornstein said. "They've been holding the beauty blenders and wands, trying the lip gloss on themselves, and they are so immersed in the experience.

During this 90-minute session, Jessica helps the dads navigate uncharted territory, making up their daughters and learning about skin care.

Michael Covino is married with two girls.
"Most of the time, the words, 'Can I help,' is like lip service," he said. "So here's an opportunity one day, especially when my wife travels a lot for work, I can be like, 'I can help.' I can't do hair, but I can do this."

Group lessons are $50 a pair, while private classes are $125 an hour. The classes run through June, but they have been such a hit that they'll most likely be extended.
