Charges could be upgraded in case of woman allegedly shooting husband

TEXAS CITY, Texas (KTRK) -- Charges could be upgraded for a Texas City woman who allegedly shot her husband.

Rosemary Vasquez is accused of shooting her husband last week. He later died at the hospital.

Vasquez's case is headed to a Galveston County grand jury where charges could be upgraded from aggravated assault with a deadly weapon to murder.
