Tracy Hoang's son, Ethan, was diagnosed at 2 years old. He is now a senior at Elkins High School and is expected to graduate in June. But, because of the pandemic, his school decided to do away with a formal gathering of students for prom.

Tracy felt like hosting an event to honor all of Ethan's teachers who guided him towards his academic success.
She threw two separate events.
The first prom took place late last month and consisted of pampering the teachers throughout the day. To start the morning off right, the women got manicures and pedicures, followed by brunch at Sweet Paris.
The teachers were later picked up from their homes in style by a limousine.
Tracy and Ethan greeted the teachers at their home with blue and gold flower corsages, before heading to dinner.

The dance took place in the gazebo garden at the restaurant.
The second prom event took place Saturday. Ethan and his mother also greeted the next group of teachers with corsages and balloons before heading out to dinner.
Pictures and video of those nights can be viewed in the video player above.
