Joann Johnson Jones was last seen in Spring around the 16700 Block of Mandeville Court, according to officials.
She reportedly suffers from cognitive impairment.
As of 1:18 a.m. on Monday, the Harris County Sheriff's Office discontinued the Silver Alert issued for Jones after she was found safe.
