Missing child: Amber alert issued for 4-year-old Jaiceon Robertson who was last seen with 34-year-old Blake Robertson in Groves

Authorities are searching for 34-year-old Blake Robertson in connection with the child's abduction, police said. Law enforcement officials believe the boy is in immediate danger.

GROVES, Texas (KTRK) -- The Amber Alert for 4-year-old Jaiceon Roberston has been canceled after he was found safe in the Houston area, according to Sergeant Hancock of the Groves Police Department.

The Federal Bureau of Investigations told Groves PD that Jaiceon was found in the Houston area but didn't provide more details.

Police originally said Jaiceon was with his father, Blake Robertson. On Sunday, police said that they were no longer looking for the father but said charges could be filed in the future.

According to police, it appeared to have been a custodial issue and Jaiceon is no longer in danger.

Jaiceon Robertson, 4, went missing on June 4. Police believed he was in Houston and in danger.

Jaiceon was returned safely to his mother, according to the Groves Police Department.
