Conroe man with dementia Jose Jesus Guerrero found safe after going missing while on walk on Belvedere Street, police say

CONROE, Texas (KTRK) -- A 57-year-old man with dementia was found Wednesday morning after he was reported missing Tuesday while going for a walk in Conroe.

Jose Jesus Guerrero was found by police in the 300 block of Foster Road. Police said he had left his home Tuesday morning and had probably gone for a walk, as he is known to take them.

Guerrero was found safe and in good health, Sgt. David Dickenson with the Conroe Police Department said.

He was taken back home with his family.
