From the folks who created the sandwich with two all-beef patties, special sauce, lettuce, cheese, pickles, onions on a sesame-seed bun, comes a new food option tailored for vegan diets.
McDonald's said it is rolling out the McVegan burger in Finland and Sweden this month.

According to U.S.-based restaurant chain, the sandwich consists of a soy patty, bun, tomato, lettuce, pickles, onion, ketchup, mustard, oil and an egg-less sauce.
McDonald's insists that the McVegan, like its other burgers, is "tasty and has a good texture."
The McVegan was tested earlier this year in Finland. One person who tried the burger during its test run said "it tasted like a normal, regular hamburger."

"I would seriously try the McVegan again," said test-taster Mikael Malkamaki.
It is not known if the special recipe burger will make it to U.S. stores.
