Deputies responded to Chartway Federal Credit Union in the 4300 block of FM 1960 around 10 a.m.
Officials say they found a man lying face down in the parking lot. As authorities approached the male, they learned he was deceased.
Investigators are on the scene and the cause of death is yet to be determined.
