Deputies received a call on Sunday about a woman in distress. When they arrived at the 6900 block of Foxmont Lane, deputies say an 18-year-old woman told them she had been held against her will at a home for about a month before escaping.

Deputies have identified the suspects as 31-year-old Jose Reyes Jr. and 29-year-old Jaqueline Macias.
"Our deputies got on the scene and, within a few minutes, was able to ascertain this 18-year-old female had been held captive for approximately this past month, in a house in the neighborhood," Constable Mark Herman said. "Responding deputies did observe marks on her hands and legs, which would indicate restraints. We immediately summoned EMS for this female."
Herman says Reyes and Macias returned home while deputies were on the scene and were arrested.
According to court documents, the 18-year-old was chained to a bed, assaulted, and forced to have sex. The young woman allegedly escaped at about 10:30 p.m. Sunday and began knocking on doors around the neighborhood.

"I saw her through the window," Ramon Garcia, a neighbor, said. He told ABC13 the woman knocked on his door.
It was late in the evening, and Garcia did not open his door.
"I don't know who called the police," he said, adding that the young woman was pointing toward Reyes' home.
ABC13 spoke to another neighbor, who did not want to be identified, but also saw the woman. She said the woman looked scared, and that neighbor called 911.
Both Reyes and Macias have been charged with kidnapping, with Macias making an initial court appearance on those charges Monday afternoon. A magistrate judge set her bond at $50,000.
During the court hearing, it was revealed that Macias had just given birth to a baby two weeks prior and that Reyes was the baby's father. The public defender also said Macias is on maternity leave and does not live at the house with Reyes.
Deputies said Reyes and the 18-year-old met and that she initially willingly went to the house with him. Herman says the situation quickly changed, but the exact details remain unclear.

The bond for Reyes is $100,000. He is expected in court at 9 a.m. Tuesday.
