Police say that around 3 a.m., a pickup truck was towing a car whose right wheel got caught on a guardrail, causing the driver of the truck to lose control near FM 2090.
The truck ended up hitting a concrete wall while the car being towed flipped.
Two men inside the truck had to be cut out. Police were also puzzled by what they found inside the vehicle.
Officials say they recovered hundreds of lottery cards, heavy-duty tools and drugs.
The men were taken to the hospital.
