Will Toyota Center concessions bring out your favorite Landry's menu items?

HOUSTON, Texas (KTRK) -- The Houston Rockets have a brand-new owner in billionaire Tilman Fertitta. He admitted to the press and Houston that he has a lot to learn about basketball. But Fertitta does know a thing or two about being a good host.

Rockets fans can expect to see some changes around Toyota Center, as promised by Fertitta that his "customers" should have "better food."

Just what could that mean? The stable of Landry's restaurants are familiar names with some favorite foods. Let's dream a little dream of what we could be eating while watching the Rockets this season.

Cadillac Bar seems a natural fit for Tex Mex-loving crowds. Certainly they can step up the nachos game for the Toyota Center. Quesadillas and a taco salad offering seem like obvious choices. And who wouldn't love to see the famed Cadillac Burrito grace the menu!

While we don't really expect to see shrimp stew, coconut shrimp, lemon shrimp or barbecued shrimp, maybe Bubba Gump could bring some fan-friendly choices like shrimp po'boys, popcorn shrimp or even shrimp etoufee.
LONG SHOT: Shrimp & Grits

It's hard to cheer on the Rockets with chopsticks in your hands without ending up wearing wasabi. But that doesn't mean Red Sushi isn't welcome at the party. Spring rolls, edamame, pot stickers - YUM! And bring on the Bam Bam Shrimp!
LONG SHOT: A hibachi chef making steaming onion choo-choos in the Toyota Center concourse

Who wants pizza? Who doesn't?? The pies on the menu at Grotto bring a measure of sophistication, while still behaving as finger food.

Rainforest Café's Beef Lava Nachos could be a hit at sporting events, but we can do without the thunder and lightning effects. (Especially when OKC is in town.) Anaconda Pasta could fit the bill for vegetarians, while even checking off the healthy kid-friendly choice box.
LONG SHOT: Sparkling Volcano dessert

Chuck Wagon Cheese Fries - yes, please! Some of the Saltgrass Steak House menu sounds like a match made in sports heaven. Hill Country Salad or 44 Farms Brisket Burger, you make the call.

And as for Vic & Anthony's - well, maybe if we can score an invite to the owner's suite!
