In 2011, King's Biergarten began as a small car wash in Pearland, offering free bratwursts to customers while they waited on their cars. Eventually, the Health Department approached the car wash and informed the station that if it wanted to serve food, it would have to do so as a restaurant, not as a car wash.

The owners quickly complied and established themselves as King's Biergarten, a restaurant dedicated to serving authentic Austrian-German dishes. The restaurant's original configuration only had 35 seats. Now, five years later, it has 350 indoor and outdoor seats throughout the massive castle. Here, children and welcome to run around while adults can sit back, relax, and enjoy some of the live music!
