Allegedly flasher may have exposed himself to multiple people in Montgomery County

CONROE, Texas (KTRK) -- A man accused of exposing himself in Montgomery County may have other victims.

The Precinct 4 Constable's Office says Jesus Devora was arrested Tuesday on a warrant for indecent exposure.

Deputy constables say he may have flashed himself to multiple people in the county.
