According to a METRO spokesperson, a suspicious person was reportedly making threats, so the driver pulled over and contacted METRO police.

METRO said Wayne Darryl Dalcourt faces terroristic threat and interruption of public transportation charges. He's also banned from riding the bus for a year.
Dalcourt was taken into custody in the 5200 block of Airline near Burress.
Jermaine Comeaux was a passenger on the bus.
"I've never been through nothing like this before," Comeaux said. "I've seen some crazy, drunk people on the bus before, but never like this. Never nobody saying they bomb, or nothing like that."

Comeaux shared cell phone video he shot with Eyewitness News as Dalcourt was arrested by METRO officers.
"With all the things that's going on, like with Las Vegas, you just can't take nothing for granted," Comeaux said. "He had a book bag. I didn't know if he had a bomb or not. So yeah, it made us nervous."
METRO said it's investigating the incident, including how the driver responded.
"The bus driver got off the bus," Comeaux said. "If he had a bomb, all the passengers would be dead, while the bus driver is standing down the street."
