NRG Stadium has been taken over by the Houston Auto Show. Think of it as one big dealership with every car on the market under one roof. But the difference is there aren't any high pressure sales happening at the show.

Prospective buyers aren't stopping by the show to bargain, they are going to educate themselves about what car is right for them.
While the fancy cars really shine, shoppers are most interested in vehicles that get good mileage and are affordable.
For example, the Chevrolet Spark has a base price of $13,875. While the car might be small, it comes with several stand-out features including a seven-inch touchscreen, an anti-theft alarm and rear backup camera. Plus it has Apple CarPlay and Android Auto.

If you're looking for something roomier, the Hyundai Tucson is very popular. The compact SUV starts at $22,700. Reviewers say it had a quiet cabin, spacious back seats, and it comes with high safety ratings.
Can't afford a big fancy pick-up truck? The Nissan Titan might be a good option. The base price starts around $40,000 for the Titan XD. And there is a Texas Edition, too!
The Houston Auto Show is open now through Sunday at NRG Center.
