HOUSTON (KTRK) -- They went unaccounted for during Hurricane Harvey. Now two high-risk parolees are in the custody of state officials.

Nicolas Sanders and Avean Tolliver were evacuated from a halfway house in east Houston along with about 500 other parolees when they went missing.

The Texas Department of Criminal Justice says both men were arrested, but there are still 23 missing.

If you have seen any of these people still at large, you are asked to call police.
