Noticed anything different about the moon Monday night?

The "Harvest Moon" could be seen rising big and bright over the Houston sky.

The Harvest Moon is the first full moon after the autumnal equinox, which was this past Saturday.

According to the Farmers' Almanac, the Harvest Moon got the name because the bright moonlight helps farmers harvest their summer crops.
