Texas girl squeezes mom's hand after brain surgery

DALLAS, Texas (KTRK) -- A heart-wrenching video shows the power of love between a mother and daughter.

When 8-year-old Holly Schaub suffered a brain aneurysm on Monday. She told her grandmother to call 911 because she didn't want to die.

Holly was air lifted to Children's Hospital of Dallas where doctors gave her a medication that paralyzed her so they could operate on her brain.

Yesterday, while she could barely move, she was able to squeeze her mother's hand and tell her mom she loves her.
